Hi! I'm Sriteja Reddy
I am a PhD candidate at LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome in the Department of Business and Management. My research interests include Innovation, Change management and Organizational Behaviour. I explore how organizations can innovate through organizational learning. I am also interested in sustainability and climate change and how organizations can innovate to sustain in long-term.
I'm also a writer. I believe 3 things can solve any problem in life: Hope. Compassion. Determination. Of course life isn't always fair. We all struggle with desires, remorse, anger & millions of other emotions. The vivid emotions we feel, the pleasures we seek & the relationships we build - everything defines us. I explore these psyches, these often alarming emotions in my novels and poetry.
