SRITEJA REDDY

Hi, I am Sriteja Reddy Wudaru.
Welcome to my website.

LUISS
I am a post doctoral researcher in technology-induced business model and innovation at Wageningen University & Research, The Netherlands, in the SHEALTHY project under EU Horizon 2020. The project explores better and efficienty packaging technologies within the fresh fruits and vegetables industry. My role is to explore how entrepreneurial start-ups and SMEs can adapt new technologies and change their business models to innovate and tap into the potential of these technologies.

More details will be added soon.

Meanwhile, a detailed version of my CV can be seen here.

LUISS
I have a PhD in Business and Management from Luiss Guido Carli University, Rome, with Excellent cum laude (the highest grade awarded). Luiss is AMBA and EQUIS double-accredited. I was also a visiting researcher at Warwick Business School, UK. I mainly work on topics at the intersection of organisation, sustainability, and individuals. I usually adopt the theoretical lenses of organisational routines, organisational identity, chaos theory, strategic renewal, and so on. I have presented my work at EGOS 2019 and 2020 as well as some specialised meetings in the routines community.

AMS

I also have a Master of Global Management from Antwerp Management School, the Authonomous Management School of the University of Antwerp, Belgium, one of the prestigious b-schools in Europe, Financial Times ranked and AACSB and AMBA double-accredited. My thesis was on the sustainability scan of a leading European investment firm's business strategy with integrated CSR. Before that, I did a Bachelors in Technology/Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a renowned engineering school in India. I also have more than two years of experience in industry.

Writer

I am also a writer. I dabble in fiction and script writing. My first novel The Silent Sound has been out in the market and I am working on several other projects including Finding Nour, a script, and An anthology of stories.

I also read a lot. Some of my most favorite works include Last Girl by Noble Peace Price Winner Nadia Murad, Circe by Madeline Miller, The Watchmaker of Filigree Street by Natasha Pulley, and Other Minds: The Octopus and the Evolution of Intelligent Life by Peter Godfrey-Smith This is perhaps why I am so fascinated with telling stories myself.

Poet

I frequently publish my poetry in Poets Unlimited, Literally Literary and other reputable and widely disseminated publications on Medium. My first ever poetry collection Unspoken Words, with some old ones and some new ones, is out now in both ebook and hardcopy.

I have always enjoyed poetry by the likes of Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost, and so on. But when I came across the spoken-word poetry of Sarah Kay, that was when I knew I wanted to create poetic art too. A lot of poems in Unspoken Words are spoken-word poetry. I would soon be publishing performances of some of the poems as well.
